Key Care and Support has recently been awarded an exciting new contract to supply experienced residential child care workers to an established reputable organisation, that specialises in providing residential and educational support to children and young people in the Holywell area of North Wales.
Successful candidates will be based in a school setting that caters for pupils with complex needs including high end autism and associated healthcare requirements, and those displaying social emotional behavioural difficulties.
We are urgently looking to appoint a team of between 8 and 10 residential support workers with a minimum of 6 months related care experience who can work as part of a team in a variety of shifts working hours including late, day and waking night bookings. Staff will ideally be NVQ III qualified or willing to undertake a QCF equivalent.
Successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive care related training including a related restraint training course, excellent career development opportunities, diplomas in Health and Social Care, and the opportunity to work for an organisation who care about making a difference to the individuals that we support.
You will receive excellent remuneration, weekly pay, flexible working hours, a pension contributory scheme, free restraint training and an opportunity of permanent employment with this particular service if this is the career path that you wish to pursue.
