Tŷ Hafan has an exciting vacancy for a Sibling Support Co-ordinator. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be required to co-ordinate and provide a range of therapeutic support services for all siblings using Tŷ Hafan Care Services, both within the community and at the hospice site in Sully.

The ideal candidate will:

· Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the psychological, emotional and developmental needs of the children and young people they come into contact with

· Be confident in leading programmes of activities for children and young people of all ages Have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual and group interventions for siblings in a range of settings

· Have an understanding of both bereavement and anticipatory grief or a willingness to apply your previous professional experience to increase your understanding and build these skills

The successful applicant’s appointment is subject to the outcome of a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Enhanced Disclosure check and satisfactory references.
