This role provides English language marketing assistance on the Dylanwad / Developing Dylan education project, which is supported by the Welsh Government as part of the Dylan Thomas centenary in 2014. The English language Marketing Assistant will also be required to provide general marketing support for the organisation.
Key duties include:
• Marketing and sales work focusing on driving uptake of activity
• Administration
• Co-ordination of all English language online content for the project
• Some fieldwork
• Events co-ordination including artist, partner and audience liaison
• General marketing support for Literature Wales
• Any other tasks as required for the organisation
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills, experience, and personal qualities:

• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• An efficient and proactive working style
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels
• Experience of administration and marketing
• Experience of working to and meeting targets
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (or similar)
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

• A full and clean driving license and car ownership
