Job Elements: -
• This role will include performing activities to ensure that all products manufactured at the plant are compliant with the relevant Regulations
• To carry out internal Quality System audits to defined procedures
• To carry out Quality System audits of suppliers.
• Generation of internal and supplier Quality System audit reports.
• To document and track internal and supplier audit findings through to closure, using Internal Audit Quality Management System.
• Support/lead preparation and backroom activities for external inspections/ audits of facilities.
• To liaise with suppliers and external inspectors/ auditors.
The ideal candidate will have:
• The candidate should be educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant subject.
• Previous experience in auditing would be an advantage.
• Certification as a Quality auditor would be desirable, but is not essential.
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in a GMP/technical environment.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel applications.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with others both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The successful candidate will need to be flexible, reliable, tactful, hardworking and willing to occasionally work after contracted hours and be able to travel (mainly within Europe) if required.
