- Range: £25-30,000
Job Elements: -
• The quality assurance of manufactured product, utilising process control and continuous improvement through best practise tools and techniques, using IPC Standards as a guideline to electronic manufacturing assembly.
• Maintaining Quality management system, essentially ISO 9001 -2000, AS9100, ISO13485.
• Implementing Advanced Quality Planning of new products using techniques such as PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans (PPAP)
• Provide Quality point of contact for designated customers
• Conducting QMS and Product audits inline with the QMS audit schedule
• Co-ordination and communication of Customer product returns internally and externally
• Generation / co-ordination /closure of Corrective and preventative action
• Control of QMS documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of HNC/HND level in engineering discipline (preferably electrical/ electronic / manufacturing).
• Minimum of 3 years Electronic Manufacturing Experience
• Quality Engineering experience (systems, supplier and customer facing ideally).
