Staff Nurse Vacancies, both newly qualified preceptorship opportunities available and experienced Nurses. St Luke's Hospital group is currently looking for a staff nurse to join their existing team. You will be required to facilitate the development and delivery of care plans, leading Care Support Workers/keyworkers. To assume responsibility for the clinical area when required during their span of duty/or the absence of the Manager/or Deputy. To operate in line with national legislation, local polices and agreed procedures. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
