Customer Helpdesk/ Admin Assistant Opportunity!!!!!!
Are you looking for a busy Customer Service/Administration role based in Newport? Our Public Sector client is a successful leading organisation. They are looking for an experienced and self motivated person to join their team.
This is a wonderful opportunity located in a state of the art building with excellent facilities and free parking. This is a long term temporary role but with possibility of extension.
Essential Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Excellent Communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- Attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Interpersonal Skills
- Proven Customer Service or Finance experience
- Experience of investigating and resolving complex queries
