Job Title: Site Supervisor
Reports to: Senior Projects Supervisor
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Other Benefits: 20 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays + Birthday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to assist in the control of multiple projects around the country and to help the Senior Projects Supervisor (SPS) develop the FM function within the company. Heading up a team of trades people, you will be required to control the current project and report directly to the SPS. This is a hands-on role which will be predominantly based in changing locations which will be reflective of the projects currently being undertaken.

Main requirements of the role:
- Limit downtime by working with the SPS to ensure material/labour is available
- Ensure required labour is allocated and controlled
- Ensure project specification meets the client's expectations
- A proven track record of Man-Management
- Ability to react to an ever-changing workload
- Ability to control necessary paperwork procedure into the back office

Education/ Experience Level required for the role:
- Experience in a similar role
- A recognised trade qualification
- Excellent management skills
- Multi skilled
- Hold a current CSCS card
