Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Start Date: 14th, 21st, 28th August onward

Salary: GBP8.00 - GBP9.50 p/h + Extra Commission (GBPGBPGBP)!

Shifts/Hours: 40hrs, Flexible shift patterns

(Operational Hours: flexibility between 06:45 - 23:00, Mon - Sun)

THE JOB

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor you are the central point of contact to our customers who call into the customer service centre on a daily basis. The role of the Inbound Customer Service Advisor is vitally important and is really busy and varied - you are at the forefront of the business and for this reason; we need someone who is sociable and has a friendly yet professional approach to the role. You'll take ownership of each call, getting to the heart of the query, deciding the best course of action and providing the kind of service that earns our customers' trust. At the same time, you'll be promoting and selling our products and services. If you've got outstanding interpersonal skills and take pride in giving your best, our comprehensive training will give you the knowledge to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Day to day tasks may include:

Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and support them with queries relating to homecare products which include:

- Handling Electrical Emergencies
- Handling Gas Emergencies
- Complaint Handling
- Processing Claims
- Booking breakdown appointments
- Resolving customer account queries
- Upselling products to customers
- Offering further assistance
