Our client, an award winning contact centre, has immediate starts available in two fantastic Cardiff locations.

You will be receiving inbound calls from customers of a multi-platform media company and you will be responsible for up-selling and retaining existing customers whilst building rapport and offering additional products/upgrades.

Based on a 40 hour per week, candidates must be fully flexible as Shift patterns will fall between 08.00am to 10.00pm.

There is a chance for progression and the opportunity to obtain a degree level qualification through their supportive back office team. Salary starts at GBP16,016 rising to GBP18.096 after qualifying period. There will be a 7 week training programme with the ability to earn great bonus after 3 weeks.
