Our new Dementia Care Centre opened in the summer of '15 and has already become the home of choice in the Conwy area. Our receptionist for the last 12 months however has been promoted so we need a skilled person to take her place. The role involves interaction with the public on the phone and in person, and requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills and genuine emotional intelligence. You will also be a skilled administrator, highly organized, with good computer skills, who is very familiar with Microsoft Office.
