Inbound Team Leader / Customer Service Team Leader

Up to GBP25K basic DOE

CCA Recruitment are supporting a South-Wales based contact centre in their search for an experienced Inbound Team Leader / Customer Service Team Leader. This large operation is certainly fast-paced, busy and would ideally suit someone who is hands-on in their approach to team management.

Their recent growth has seen a great surge of talent at advisor level and they are now looking for an experienced Inbound team leader to come in, bring their ideas and expertise and help to drive the business forward.

This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys variety in their role, who enjoys building individuals within their team up and who thrives in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities of an Inbound Team Leader:

* Manage a team of advisors across a number of channels to include inbound, outbound and email correspondence.

* Report directly to the Operations Manager

* Be responsible for incentivising, motivating and coaching a team of customer advisors

* Have responsibility for a number of HR duties including monthly 1-2-1s, performance plans where necessary, training and coaching

* Track, monitor and report on a number of KPIs and performance-related figures

* Ensure your team are htting and exceeding company targets and sharing best practices with other team managers.

Required experience:

* At least one year of team management within a contact centre environment

* Experience in coaching, development and other HR duties

* A proven track record of performing against targets and KPIs
