HR Advisor Cardiff City Centre

Reporting to our HR Director, you will join a small team providing a proactive and flexible HR service through the provision of relevant, appropriate and timely HR support across our five locations. You will assist in delivering best practice and compliance with all company procedures, employment legislation and documented policies.
You will need demonstrable recruitment experience as your role will support our growth ambitions through talent acquisition and continuous professional development. As our HR Advisor, you will be pivotal in aligning our current and future business needs to our human resource.
