Our client, a growing training company are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Manager to manage the delivery and on-going improvement of training programmes. You will manage all delivery and administration staff to ensure the achievement of Welsh Government Subcontracting allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage strategies ensuring that learner outcomes are timely and evidenced
* Co-ordinate delivery activities with managers and all assessors
* Monitor achievement of agreed performance targets and feedback to Senior Management on a regular basis
* Measuring and review individual/team KPIs and support the team to ensure their effectiveness & conduct regular team reviews and appraisals
* Monitor and manage the company's WBL contracts to ensure contract achievement
* Lead and manage the delivery team and administration team to achieve excellent attainment and timely achievement rates
* Conduct regular audits on learner files to ensure adherence to set requirements
* Ensure all paperwork and documentation conforms to ESF, Welsh Government and Lead provider requirements
* Produce monthly health and safety reports to communicate to businesses requiring re-vetting
* Monitor the accurate and timely registration and/certification activities
* Work in collaboration with the Quality Manager to ensure outstanding quality of delivery

Experience & Attributes:

* Proven management experience within the WBL sector
* Experience in using Maytas data management system
* Leadership and Management qualifications to a level 5 or equivalent qualifications
* Strong people management experience
* Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
* Welsh Government/WBL contract knowledge
* Full Driving License is essential
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential

Salary: GBP30-32k per annum dependant on skills, qualifications and experience
