Sales and Customer Services Supervisor

As Sales and Customer Service Supervisor you will oversee the day to day sales activities ensuring that customer orders and questions are handled efficiently. You will also be required to handle the more complex and difficult issues that can arise in a customer/sales environment. You will manage a team of 3-4 people with the department???s typical daily activities including:
??? Overseeing the order management process, involving creating orders, taking payments, and printing invoices
??? Dealing with customer questions and orders queries via email and telephone
??? Providing excellent customer service relating to order returns, complaints and feedback
??? Managing existing trade accounts, as well as using initiative to instigate new ones
??? Liaising with the postal and courier companies we use, to ensure customer delivery queries are dealt with efficiently
??? Following up on order/customer issues by working with departments to ensure any stock, product or warehousing problems are resolved
??? You will organise staff tasks and holidays whilst ensuring that busy times are covered, and provide advice/coaching to develop team
??? Good knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel (essential)
??? Previous supervisory or technical sales experience (essential)
??? A desire to learn new skills (essential)
??? Any online retail (including eBay and Amazon)/shop retail experience is desirable, as is any experience of stock and warehouse operations
On the job training will be provided on the company???s specific order management systems and ecommerce platforms.
