Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the production of the many forms of information for service users, staff and stakeholders. You will continually seek new ideas to evolve and improve communications across Linc and effectively manage the team to:

·        Develop and deliver communications and marketing plans via wide-ranging communications channels;

·        Maintain the various online communication platforms;

·        Design and produce corporate publications by sourcing and writing content;

·        Design marketing collateral to communicate key messages to target audiences via     various media, exhibitions, conferences, events and advertising;

·        Organise corporate events and represent Linc at public events.

Our ideal candidate will be adept in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will a team player who is professional, organised, flexible and enthusiastic. With excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management and other stakeholders.

If you think you’ve got what it takes and you’re looking for a fast paced role in a forward thinking organisation that values its staff, we want to hear from you!
