The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated academic staff to work as part of a project team at the Wales Institute for Work-based Learning (WIWBL). Growing Workforces through Learning and Development (GWLAD) is an innovative project that aims to develop and deliver an integrated bilingual provision in response to employer intermediate and higher skills needs.  

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who have the skills to support learners undertaking part time academic qualifications in professional development. A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification will be essential. A teaching qualification will be highly desirable. Experience of working with businesses would be a distinct advantage. The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh is desirable for the Workforce Development Fellows.
