You will be receiving inbound calls from existing customers, handling queries and offering other company products that will benefit them. Often you will deal with complex cases, ensuring that vulnerable customers are recognised and a rapid solution to their problem is provided. This is a varied customer service role and no two calls will ever be the same!

You will start with a five week training program, where you will see yourself on a progressive learning curve. Your training team will provide full support, to ensure you have the confidence to deliver excellent customer service once you hit the phones!

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

* To be proactive in dealing with customer queries, ensuring the best possible customer experience for one of the UK's most well-known household brands
* Offering additional products that would benefit the customer
* Updating applications with all customer contact and call information, ensuring accuracy on every call
* Making suggestions on improvements and reducing non-cost effective activities

Salary: £16,000 to £17,000 per annum

Bonus: Earn up to £2,000 extra per year in on target earnings

Hours of Work: Candidates are required to be 100% flexible to work the following hours, which will involve regular evenings and weekends

* 30 - 40 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, Monday - Sunday 06:45am - 11:00pm
