Temporary Customer Service Assistant

Our client, a leading fashion retailer based in Cardiff, is currently looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to help cope with the seasonal demand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take that first step into Customer Service in a supportive, enthusiastic environment.
Duties will include taking inbound calls from customers,, responding to customer emails and other general administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of customer service from either a retail or hospitality background, have fantastic communication skills and possess an excellent standard of written and spoken English. It is important that you are able to hit the ground running, but there will be plenty of support available from colleagues.
Shifts will be weekdays 8.30am-5pm(with a 4pm finish on a Friday), and this is a temporary role to the end of January 2017.
