Customer Service Advisor

This Insurance organisation are one of the premier suppliers for insurance across the UK. They employ about 4000 people across the UK and have a number of different sites. THE JOB ROLE
Successful candidates will be expected to fulfil the following duties throughout their role.
- Answering incoming calls from existing customers and assisting with their enquires.
- Detailing all communications on the system, including any changes.
- Identifying any gaps in the customers product package that could be rectified and promoting these to the customer.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following competencies and capabilities.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to identify and resolve any customer satisfaction issues.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products to customers.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Confident and professional manner.
Experience isn't required, however you will need to be able to demonstrate the above competencies in order to be invited to interview.
