Customer Service Advisor

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for customer and aim to make this a positive relationship from the outset.
  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers for Tesco
  • Updating and amending customer details where necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Taking responsibility for each customer query and resolving any complaints in a professional manner
  • Think of solutions for customers, setting realistic expectations, offering a range of options where possible.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and products
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times and treat every customer as an individual, tailoring response to their needs.
  • Working within service level agreements to ensure the best possible company reputation
  • Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure a positive working environment

Pay rate:

£7.10 per hour - up to £8.23 after 12 weeks employment

Hours of work:

You must be flexible to work any shifts between 6.00am - 11.30pm, from Monday to Sunday.

Breaks will be allocated on a daily basis and these must be adhered to.

Full commitment is required for the duration of the assignment including Christmas week.

Overtime:

Overtime is paid at 1.5 for Sundays, statutory bank holidays and any agreed hours worked over 36 hours. You are able to apply for overtime 3 weeks after training has been completed.
