Since its formation in 2010, Call Miss Jones has become one of the UK’s leading nationwide remote telephone answering services. As part of our continued expansion we are now recruiting for an Operations Manager to assist us with the next stage of our development.
Located in Rossett on the outskirts of Chester, the candidate will have a minimum of 5 years operations / team management experience in a call centre environment, being able to implement and monitor key KPI’s and manage a team of 50+ employees.
