Penny Ashby opened Appellon Resources in Brecon Powys in November 2008 after 17 years in the search and selection industry in New Zealand and Australia.  Appellon is a compact business with many years’ experience.  We work with organisations of all shapes and sizes to find creative ways of resolving resourcing issues simply, at costs which are appropriate to today’s economic situation.  We prefer to work across a variety of industries and functions.  The knowledge gained from dealing with such a diverse range of companies and candidates creates added value to our clients and extends our reach for sourcing great candidates.  Appellon Resources works in the areas of remote site recruitment, interim and temps, permanent placements, outplacement and talent management.
